a ladies only facility - yes EXCLUSIVELY** for women creating spaces where activity and relaxation come together so you can relax in the peace and quiet
of our surrounds in complete comfort and get away from the usual hustle and bustle of life.
Set within a unique venue - an award winning conversion of
a Mediterranean style former church - within the peace and quiet of
the Alverstoke conservation area, just 400 yards from the unspoilt
shores of Stokes Bay, a couple of miles West of Portsmouth, South
of England (UK) in Gosport.
Many of the original internal features and artifacts of the former
church, including stained glass windows, oaks pews, pulpits and lecture,
have been skillfully integrated into the imaginatively created rooms.
This all adds to the feeling of peace and tranquillity within the
building.
Our indoor swimming pool has wide easy to enter 'walk-in' steps at
the generous shallow end, all-round hand rails and decking. The water
is kept at a WARM 88°F (31°C), and blinds can be drawn for
complete privacy
**except for the low-key swimming courses with
the occasional male swimmer
